Who sells
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it takes the payment, issues the invoice, applies your country's taxes, provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. The Paddle buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
Who makes the app
Kweris is developed by SaggiaMente di Maurizio Natali, Via Vinicio Cortese, 7 - 88100 Catanzaro (CZ) Italy, VAT IT03283150799. Contact: [email protected].
What you buy
A personal, non-exclusive license to use Kweris, with the edition, versions, duration and number of devices shown when you buy. The app remains the developer's property: the license gives you the right to use it, not to copy, modify, resell or distribute it. The key is yours: don't publish it or share it with others.
Delivery and activation
Right after the payment the key appears on the purchase page and is sent to the email you paid with; if you lose it, you can find it again from the "Find your license" page. You activate it in the app's License window. If the license has a number of devices, beyond that number the app asks you to free one; "Deactivate on this Mac" moves it to another Mac.
Updates
Updates to the versions covered by the license are included. A new major version may require a new license: the purchase page says so.
Revoked licenses
A license that is refunded, disputed with a chargeback or used fraudulently (for instance published) is revoked, and the app goes back to its free version or stops, depending on the app.
Warranty and liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law the developer is not liable for indirect damages or data loss; the rights your country's law gives consumers always remain.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers in their country of residence.
