Orders and refunds are handled by Paddle.com, our reseller: look up your order on paddle.net and ask for the refund, or reply to Paddle's receipt email. You can also write to [email protected].
After the refund
The license is revoked by itself: the app goes back to its free version or stops, depending on the app.
After 14 days
We consider every request, especially for technical problems we can't solve. The rights your country's law gives consumers always remain.
